Great service and attention to detail

Andrew called while he was 40 minutes away and showed up right on time for my heater maintenance. He was polite and courteous. First thing he did was put booties on his feet to protect the floors. He took his time servicing the unit and since the location is a rental, made some adjustments to save me money with the settings. Best of all, he explained everything in layman’s terms so I could understand it!

The service from answering the call to the conclusion whether it be maintanence or resolving an issue, is wonderful! Arctic Air technicians explains everything BEFORE working and when they come into the home, they wear protective shoe coverings. The employees are great.
